Welcome to the Terrace restaurant. This restaurant has a variety of delicious meals that will inspire your taste buds. I had a delicious meal that was just what I needed on my first dinner. It was a simple journey to this restaurant because I could walk from my beach villa. 

This restaurant is located by the Malolo Island Resort pools, it was an opportunity for me to relax by the pool and at the same time have a divine meal. This restaurant has a tropical theme with vibrant colours in the decor. 

When the friendly waiter took my order that sounded delicious I was getting a dry mouth with anticipation. My fresh seasoned meal arrived at my table and my mouth was getting even more parched. The entree was delicious! The chicken roulades poached boneless rolled chicken had a thick texture that dissolved on my mouth. The ciabatta cracker was as golden as the sand and was beautifully crunchy. It had juicy red capsicum and bell pepper pepernade. 

My main course was pork belly with yellow soft potato gratin, home grown fruit in the apple purée and green beans. After that I wondered if I could fit in dessert because the nourishing flavours that busted in my mouth had made me stuffed full. 

The "to die for" dessert was a crisp golden melon cheesecake. The sublime baked lemon and cream cheese, semolina shortbread and kumquat curd was extremely appetising. After my whole meal I thought I needed to call the ambulance because my stomach was going to explode. 

I give this restaurant a ten out of ten because the quality of the food was sensational. The service was friendly and the whole experience could be described as excellence in dining.
